1. Booking : The bookings can be made by telephone or by e-mail

• From reception, Ryad of Airain confirms the possibilities of rent for wished period.
• A deposit of 50 % of the total amount of the stay will be asked to confirm the booking, by transfer Paypal or by bank transfer.
• The booking takes effect with deposit reception.
• The balance of the rent has to intervene between 10 days before the arrival and the date of arrival.
• Riad d' Airain reserves the right to cancel any booking for which the deposit would not have been received in 15 days according to the date of confirmation of the booking.

2. Early departure : After 1 night, 100 % of the total amount of the stay will be of.

3. Cancellation by the customer : In case of cancellation whatever reason it is, expenses are retained, variable according to the date in which the written announcement reaches the Ryad of Airain.

• From 1 to 4 weeks -> 50 % of the deposit
• Less than 1 week -> 100 % of the deposit

4. Beds of supplements : The maximum number of bed of supplement by room is equal to 1.

5. Arrival and departure :

• Check in : 16 hours
• Check out : 12 hours

6. Payments in the Ryad : Payment in cash or bank card (+4%)
